Recommended process flow
| Stage | Purpose | Yongmao option | Data handoff to confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Nesting and cutting | Cut cabinet parts and machine face operations | YMK-I, YMK-IV or YMK-VS | Nesting file, labels, part ID |
| 2. Edge processing | Apply the required edge finish | Edge-banding station selected separately | Panel orientation and edge code |
| 3. Drilling | Create connector, dowel and assembly holes | YZ-61/62 or YM-102 | Barcode/CAM/infrared workflow by model |
| 4. QC and assembly | Verify dimensions, holes, finish and hardware fit | Factory-defined inspection station | Acceptance criteria and traceability |

Panel furniture production line questions
Which machines are needed for a cabinet production line?
Most lines need panel cutting or nesting, edge banding and drilling. Labeling, sorting, dust extraction, compressed air and production software may also be required.
Can one side-hole machine support several nesting routers?
It can when its drilling cycle and panel handling keep pace with upstream output. Use the real hole count and panel mix to calculate the balance.
Should a new factory choose side-hole or six-sided drilling?
Side-hole drilling is a lower-complexity route for horizontal holes. Six-sided drilling suits higher automation and panels that need top, bottom and horizontal processing.
How is production-line capacity tested?
Run a representative order through every included stage and measure good panels per shift, including loading, transfer, tool changes, rework and operator time.
