Terms for CNC machine enquiries and quotations

These terms cover product information and preliminary sales discussions. A machine order is governed by the signed quotation, technical agreement and sales contract.

Documents that control an order

Website pages help buyers compare machines, but they are not a sales contract. The accepted quotation, configuration list, Incoterm, payment terms, warranty and acceptance agreement define the supplied machine.

Website information

We aim to present useful and accurate machine information. Models, configurations, components, dimensions, performance and availability may be updated. Buyers should obtain a current written quotation and confirm the exact model revision before ordering.

Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry, requesting a video or discussing a proposed configuration does not create an obligation to buy or supply. Commercial commitment begins only through documents accepted by authorized parties under the stated validity period and payment terms.

Order-specific documents

For any purchase, the signed order documents should define scope of supply, technical configuration, price, currency, Incoterm, payment, lead time, packing, acceptance method, warranty, training, spare parts and exclusions. If website text conflicts with an accepted order document, the accepted order document controls.

Buyer and destination responsibilities

The buyer or importer is responsible for confirming local import rules, customs classification, taxes, permits, electrical standards, workplace safety, guarding, installation conditions and any destination-specific certification unless the sales contract expressly assigns an item to the supplier.

Machine selection and acceptance

Recommendations depend on the information supplied by the buyer. A representative drawing, material, tool list and target cycle should be used to define an acceptance plan. Production estimates are not guarantees unless expressly included in the signed acceptance agreement.

Intellectual property and external links

Website text, layout and media may not be republished as another supplier's commercial material without permission. External links are provided for convenience; third-party services operate under their own terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms or an order should be sent to [email protected]. Order-specific terms must be resolved in writing with the authorized sales contact.

Order and quotation terms

Does a website specification become part of my order?

Only when it is included or referenced in the accepted order documents. Ask for every required specification and component to appear in the signed configuration list.

Who confirms destination electrical and safety requirements?

The buyer or importer should identify local requirements. The supplier's obligations must be stated in the sales contract and technical documents.

When does a CNC machine enquiry become a confirmed order?

An enquiry or preliminary discussion is not an order. Confirmation requires accepted commercial and technical documents and the agreed payment step.

How should production performance be agreed?

Define the material, part program, tools, quality checks and cycle method in a written acceptance plan. General speed figures do not guarantee finished output.
